We are proud to announce that all Allegro gymnasts that competed at District Trials, qualified for Cape Town Championships 2022.

Oceans Competition

Allegros first team tour besides our annual SA Gym Games tour. Allegro travelled to Durban for the Oceans Competition in August 2022. We made great memories and made lots of new friends from other clubs.

Cape Town Championships

This is the final round of competitions for girls to qualify for South African Gymnastics Games, where they will represent their province. Allegro Pink Army were absolutely magnificent! All 22 girls that competed, qualified for SA Gym Games which was hosted in Gauteng, October 2022.

Allegro came home from SA Gym Games with 22 medals.

Izzy (junior olympic gymnast) qualified for 3 apparatus finals. 6th overall.

Aerial Nationals

Allegro's first year of entering competitions for our newly offered discipline - aerial. Anna Schreder travelled to Johannesburg with her coach Toni to compete at .......... Anna loved every second of her performance time, walking away with....... .

Acro Nationals

Allegro's first year of offering Acro as a discipline and our acrobats shone at Move National Dance Competition. Thank you to our incredible Coach Savanna, Body Love Cape Town.

Ella Smolowitz took home first in the u9 silver category
