Rhythmic Gymnastics
The sport's uniqueness lies in this combination of musical interpretation with the risk of throwing the apparatus several metres into the air and losing sight of it while performing leaps, turns or acrobatic routines, then catching it. Rhythmic gymnasts are athletes possessing immense strength, speed, skill and flexibility, but they are also artists capable of profound and expressive beauty,

We follow the South African Gymnastics Federation programme for all levels. Gymnasts start competing at the age of 6 or 7, these competitions are competitive and or friendly. There are local club competitions, Provincial competitions and National Championships. Gymnasts receive their provincial colours if they are selected for National Championships.
aerial
The choreography incorporates an apparatus that is often attached to the ceiling, allowing performers to explore space in three dimensions. The ability to incorporate vertical, as well as horizontal movement paths, allows for innovations in choreography and movement.
Aerial fuses stretching style exercises, pilates based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work, aiding brain body connections.
While using low-hanging trapeze, aerial silks and aerial slings, students experience the grace and beauty of this art form, while having fun and building strength!

Due to the nature of Aerial sports - our classes are kept small with a maximum of 6 students per class. This ensures that each child gets individual coaching and can practise safely on the apparatus.
acrobatic dance
Acrobatic dance is a style of dance that seamlessly blends traditional modern dance with acrobatic elements. It is open to boys and girls from the age of 6 and up!
In acro we compete provincially and nationally each year, as well as participate in examinations.

Acro isrecognised by SAGF as a sport with the option to work towards achieving provincial and national colours.
We are a member of both TDA and AFSA(acrobatic federation of South Africa).

teen adult Contemporary
Contemporary dance is very interpretive in its choreography and often focuses on emotions and storytelling. Contemporary dance almost defies description because it can be balletic or wholly abstract, jazz-influenced or lyrical, structured or unconventional.

The freedom of movement that contemporary allows, allows dancers with less training or technique to still enjoy dance without the need for perfect turnout or nice feet. That isn’t to say that contemporary dance is in any way inferior to ballet. Contemporary dance can be challenging both physically and emotionally and it pushes the boundaries of dance and forces audiences to think and take chances.

Our Contemporary class is open to Teens and Adults with or without previous dance experience, The class is aimed at allowing you to let loose and express your emotions, thoughts and feelings through dance,
Tumbling
Tumbling, sometimes referred to as power tumbling, is a gymnastics discipline in which participants perform a series of acrobatic skills down a 25 metres long sprung track. Unlike most other disciplines in gymnastics, tumbling does not involve the use of apparatuses.
